We are now hiring for a full time Field Operator Technician. This position includes insurance benefits, as well as paid time off. The hours are Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm with on call possibilities. The starting pay is $16.00 per hour depending on experience. Some of the main duties related to this position will include, but are not limited to:

• Perform field duties related to the water system ie, take water samples, inspect new construction. 
• Maintain logs of daily activities.
• Make minor adjustments on service equipment, maintain tools, and keep equipment in working order. 
• Read and update water distribution maps, as-builts plans, and blueprints. 
• Identify service and main leaks - operate pipe locators, install and inspect backflow devices. 
• Repair, maintain, and install water meters and related service lines - read meters - turn services on and off as necessary.
• Perform related duties as required.
